K-Praise listeners are believers (and non-believers) in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and are from all walks of life. Based upon an analysis of our listeners database, they are generally:
There are approximately 340,000 believers within our coverage area of 50 miles from downtown Portland, roughly 15% of our potential audience of 2.2 million. (Coverage Map) Our estimated listenership is 100,000+, (roughly 29% of believers) based upon the number of listeners who have given us their name and address by requesting a Program Guide, since we began broadcasting in our community. (Program Guide) In the Portland/Vancouver community, there are eight Christian Radio stations, four are Christian Music and four are Christian Talk, two of which we own and operate. K-Praise 1330 AM is very different and unique and thus have dedicated and loyal listeners as reflected in the response that our partners continue to receive over a long-term basis. Our stations are focused on ministry to our region and our listeners respond very positively to our long-term partners. Our goal is to connect our Partners with at least 300 believers “Gideon’s Army” that will sustain and support their church, ministry and/or business!
