Val Monroe has been in broadcasting for over 25 years and has displayed her broadcasting talents at WDIV-TV, Comcast Cablevision, Mix 92.3 FM, and Smooth Jazz 98.7 FM.

In 1997, God called Val out of the secular radio arena and into Christian radio. She is currently a member of Consuming Fire Christian Center in Westland, Michigan where her pastors are Keith and Bernadette Hudson. Val is also an ordained minister who often prays for the sick.

God has directed Val to edify, exhort and comfort the Body of Christ Weeknights on Christian radio. She brings God’s message of hope and healing into the homes, cars and workplaces of anyone who has an ear to hear.

Val is the host of “Nite Lite”, heard evenings Sunday – Friday from 11:00 pm – 5:00 am on AM 1340 WEXL
